How will the Rental markets determine what we do for 2021?

News of people leaving the SF Bay Area proper in 2020 due to economic, work-related, and personal reasons left a “rental hole.” Or did it? Current news that former Bay Areans have returned to a “softer” rental market have surfaced. Still, people are leaving as the work-from-home crowd can live anywhere now though a smaller percentage than the large housing moving pie.

For those in the Central Valley, do you see the an uptick in recent renters? Not surprising based on the overall housing prices compared to Bay area.
